Project Description

Responding to market demand, our project was specifically designed to accommodate wholesalers and cash & carry retailers, those who cater to the varied needs of small shop owners and medium-sized stores across the country.

A1 Shopping Center will be located on a 67,000 square metre site in the west of Bucharest, in the Militari-Chiajna area, just 50 metres away from the A1 Highway and near Divertiland Water Park. Construction is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2024, with an estimated completion deadline for the third quarter of 2025.

With a lettable area of 24,000 square metres, the retail complex will include both a retail area and warehouse spaces, as well as a range of complementary
services. 

Offering easy access to the A1 Highway and the Bucharest ring road, the wholesale retail park was designed in accordance with the
specific requirements of retailers in this category. It will thus include both modern sales areas, equipped with all the necessary facilities and utilities, and

storage areas of European quality standards – the latter’s ease of use being a prerequisite for sellers of large volumes of merchandise.
