Project Description
Sol Residences Domnești is a smaller project. Located on a land of over 15,000 square metres the new development will consist exclusively of houses plus amenities. 26 plots of land, ranging in size from 300 to 432 square metres. 20 of the housing units planned in the project (3 or 4 bedrooms) will be semi-detached, and six others (4 bedrooms) will be detached.
All of them will be equipped with photovoltaic panels and heat pumps residential concept of nZEB house certificate of Romania Green Building Council (RoGBC). Besides the low energy consumption, an important advantage of this project is the very short delivery time, as all the housing units will be made of modular elements.
